The SAT501 for its quality in terms of signal quality and durability, together with the small diameter (5 mm) has been appreciated for over 25 years! Given the conditions of many of the Italian properties, or more precisely of the corrugated pipes walled there, it is able to satisfy the installer’s needs in the vast majority of cases (however, we point out the presence in the catalog of other even more subtle products, such as the DG70, the VSHD40 and The CW41S for “impossible” corrugated installations).
It is often used not only for internal distribution, but also for descent (although this use is not advisable and for such applications it would be more appropriate to use one of the older brothers: SAT703B or DG113).

The best performing coaxial cables
Like our entire range, these products are manufactured according to EU Directive 305/2011 (the so-called CPR), but in the highest classifications, in the Euroclasses B2CA (S1A, D1, A1) and CCA (S1A, D1, A1). These are 7 mm cables with a triple shield: tape (AL) braid (CUSN), tape (AL). This shielding is used to give greater mechanical protection to the polyethylene dielectric if the cable is subjected to flames, however it is clear that even in terms of shielding from electromagnetic interference it is among the top of the range of its category, reaching class A +. Another peculiarity is the LSZH FR + material, a special low-fumes and zero halogen compound, flame retardant and self-extinguishing. The coaxial cable in the B2CA class is suitable for installation in environments where the risks of a fire would be very high, such as airports, railway and metropolitan stations, both underground and non-underground, and even in tunnels. For more frequent uses, the TS713C is sufficient, whose technical specifications still allow you to install it:
- in health facilities that provide services in hospital and / or residential hospitalization with a continuous and / or daytime cycle, retirement homes for the elderly with over 25 beds, health facilities that provide specialist assistance on an outpatient basis, including those rehabilitation, instrumental and laboratory diagnostics;
- in entertainment and entertainment venues, sports facilities and centers, gyms, both public and private;
- hotels, pensions, motels, tourist villages, tourist-hotel residences, student residences, agritourism accommodation, hostels, alpine huts, bed & breakfasts, dormitories, holiday homes with over 25 beds; tourist accommodation facilities such as campsites, or tourist villages with accommodation capacity of more than 400 people;
- Schools of all levels, grade and type, academy colleges with over 100 people present, nurseries with over 30 people present;
- premises used for exhibition and / or wholesale or retail sales;
- trade fairs and trade fairs;
- companies and offices with over 300 people;
- libraries, archives, museums, galleries, exhibition exhibitions;
- any building intended for civil use with a fire height greater than 24 m;
- Buildings intended for civil use with a fire height of less than 24 m such as bars, restaurants, waiting rooms, medical / dental offices etc. (The latter point includes buildings for which a class CCA – S3, D1, A3 cable) would also be sufficient.

Reasons? The extreme versatility combined with the high quality standard. RG6 + downhill and distribution cable, that is the standard now adopted in Italy: 6.6 mm of external diameter and 1.13 mm internal conductor; Double shielding: tape (AL/PET/AL) and tinned copper braid with optical coverage over 70%; in class A + as shielding class from external interference (SA> 95 dB between 30 and 1000 MHz of frequency); contained attenuations; Compound LSZH sheath, which allows heterogeneous use: particularly suitable for indoor and domestic installations, as it is safer in the event of a fire (Euroclass DCA), but also performing in the case of installation in underground or outdoor cable ducts, thanks to the filter Anti UV contained therein.

All our coaxial cables are entirely manufactured in Italy in our historic plant, starting with the drawing of the copper itself. Furthermore, the choice of raw materials is also taken care of in order to have excellence both from the point of view of qualitative yield and compliance with European regulations also upstream of the production chain, for example, think of the environmental impact due to plastic materials that do not have these requirements.
