CAVEL respects the environment
ITALIANA CONDUTTORI Srl follows the RoHS European Directive, which bans the use of harmful chemicals, chief among them lead, which was used in PVC sheaths as a thermal stabilizer. Such materials have been discontinued from our raw materials since 2005. For more details regarding RoHS and REACH regulations, please see the information available on our website.
Since July 2017 with the entry into force of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR: EU 305/2011) regarding the classification of cables according to their reaction-to-fire characteristics, our products are supplied with CE marking, indication of the classification, and related documentation (DoP downloadable online).
